have to pay over the phone because ive got no history ordering well that is a load of crap dominos is getting worse

We waited over 1 hour for 2 pizzas while the shop was less then 5km away. Rang 3 times to see where our pizza and got put on hold everytime , rang 2 more times and apperently it was coming, after 1 hour and 20 minutes. The man that delivered the pizzas couldn't be bothered giving change so he rounded it up to $40. Pizza was cold
